For have a healthy diet,you want to do some things:eat five pieces of fruit and vegatables a day,drink two litres of water a day,do sport,eat meat and fish(but without excess),eat pasta,etc.You should avoid food with a lot of fat like crips,sweets and chocolates.You don't eat too much eggs,because it has a lot of cholesterol. Cholesterol can be bad in big quantities,because it obstructs your veins.The sport is too important in a healthy life because it help you to maintain your weight and to eliminate the calories that your body don't need.
