A great experience

I have an hamster, her name is Kira. Last summer,I woke up at half past eleven,it was a saturday. Suddenly I went to the kitchen for breakfast and I saw my parents ran to me,my hamster was ill. Her leg had a wound. My parents said to me that in the night she trapped her leg with the barrots. Suddenly I started to cry. My father said to me that he cured her. I was scaried because I thought she's going to die.
In the evening I cured Kira,it hurt much because she didn't stop to complain.
Sunday she was better. I cured her again, but she didn't complain a lot like saturday.
A week passed and Kira had progress a lot. I was so happy.
Today, Kira has two years and she is so happy.

The Black Death and the fundamental food of the Middle Age

Bubonic plague is caused by the bacterium Yersinia pestis. It's commonly found in wild rodents such as rabits and hares, wild carnivores and domestics cats.
Symptoms are fever, headache, chills, fatigue, dizziness and metallic taste. In a few hours or days, the bubon appears, from one to ten cm,which is usually in the groin, armpits, neck and sometimes starts to suppore. When you touch the bubon,it hurts.
The first pandemic occurred in ancient Egypt and killed 50 to 60 % of the population of North Africa,Central and South Asia.
The second pandemic was in 1346,and it was called the Black Death. The Black Death started in China or Central Asia. The plague travelled to Crimea. From there,it was carried by Oriental rats and their fleas living on merchant ships. On having realized that the fleas were the principal transmitters of the Black Death, they took measurements, for example the clothes of the infected were burned,or they prohibited the entry of merchant ships in the cities;also they burned the infected dead people. Twenty-five million people died, the agricultural production decreased and the average age decreased.

The fundamental food of the Middle Ages was bread and wine, but they also drunk a lot of beer.Meat, vegetables, fish, legumes and fruits were also part of the medieval diet, depending on the economic possibilities of the consumer.Pork was the most used meat.
