Mary Wollstonecraft

  Mary Wollstonecraft est née le 27 Avril 1759 à Spitalfields, en Anglaterre. Elle était écrivain et une philosophe. Elle a écrit des romans, des histoires, des essais, un récit de voyage et un livre de littérature pour enfants.
  Elle s'est mariée avec le philosophe William Godwin. Elle a eu une fille avec lui, Mary Shelly, auteur de Frankenstein et la femme de Percy Bysshe Shelly.

  Elle est morte pour des complications après la naissance de sa fille le 10 Septembre 1797, avec treinte-huit ans, à Londres, en Anglaterre.
  Elle est considerée une des précurseuses de la philosophie féministe. Elle a defendu l'égalite entre hommes et femmes au XVIII siècle. Sa philosophie et ses paroles, ont été très importantes pour les  mouvements féministes

Fighting for your rights

  This text is about the fight of women to have equal rights as men. This women were called suffragettes. They protested on the streets, interrumped political meetings and smashed windows. Often they went to prison, but they still protested by refusing to eat.

  With the First World War, women had to work because there weren't so many men. This hasn't been ignored by the Parliament. The women over the age of thirty were allowed to vote. Ten years ago, women over eighteen years could vote. It was in 1928. In New Zealand, women had voted since 1893. Spanish women had to wait three years to have the right to vote. Finally, in 1931, spanish women had the right to vote.

 Jose: he's tall and thin. He has straight, short and black hair. He doesn't speak english very well. He's Marta's boyfriend. He's funny and lovely.
  Marta: she's tall and thin. She has curly, long and brown hair. She speaks english very well. She's Jose's girlfriend. She's intelligent, clever and optimist.
  Maca: she's short and thin. She has straight, long and blonde hair. She's from the countryside. She's from Sevilla. Her favourite phrase is: ''Palabrita del niño Jesús''. I think that she's Mathiew's daughter.
  Waiter: he's tall and thin. He has straight, short and blonde hair. He's very intelligent, but he can't find a work for his studies degree, Enviromental Science.
  Lucia: she's posh, very posh. She's short and thin. She has straight, long and blonde hair. She's demanding and a bit silly. She loves going shopping. 
  Mathiew: he's short and thin. He has straight, short and brown hair. He's Macarena's father. He's from Sevilla. He's intelligent and stroppy.


  2.-Write a brief summary of the plot. What happened first? How did it end?
  
  Jose and Marta are two young people who travelled to Liverpool to search a job. They go with a girl from the countryside called Macarena. 
  At the begining, they don't find any job, but afterwards, Marta finds work in the newspaper, but she's tricked by the woman who has the business.
  Unfortunately, Macarena goes to prison, but with the help of the posh girl, she goes out of it.

   3.-Give your opinion. Did you like the play? What is your favourite character or part?Why?
  I liked the play so much because it was very funny.
  My favourite character is Macarena, because she's very funny, crazy and a nice girl.
  My favourite part is the end of the play, but I don't like the death of Mathiew.

  Je suis une étudiante de français de Málaga et j'aimarais passer des vacances à París avec ma famille dans moins de septembre. Je vous écris pour vous demander quelques renseignements.

  Nous aimons beaucoup l'histoire et la culture et nous voulons visiter beaucoup de musées.

Cleopatra VII

  Cleopatra Filopator Neo Thea was the last queen of the Ancient Egypt and of the ptolematic dinasty.

  She was born in Alesandria, Egypt, in 69 b.C.. She was very clever and beautiful. She was Cleopatra V Trifena and Ptolomeo XII Auletes' daughter. Cleopatra inherited the throne in 51 b.C. with eighteen years, beside her twelve years-old brother, who married with him, Ptolomeo XIII.

  They fought and she was desthroned. She met Julius Caesar, because the romans went there to the Alesandria War (48-47 b.C.). Pompeyo and Ptolomeo XIII died. She returned to the throne next to her other brother, Ptolomeo XIV, thanks to Julius Caesar, her lover since 46 b.C..

  After the murder of Julius Caesar, Marco Antonio came to Egypt in 44 b.C.. Cleopatra seduced him, because she didn't want to have a confrontation with the romans, and that was the way to get it.

  Marco Antonio died in 31 b.C., and his new successor, Octavio Augusto, arrived in Egypt. Cleopatra tried to seduced him, but it was impossible.

  Augusto took her to Rome as a loot. She said to her maids to gave her a asp, a very poisonous snake, and she commited suicide in 30 b.C.

El banquete o del Amor

  El tema del texto de Platón, es el amor. 
  Trata sobre cuatro hombres, Fedro, Pausianas, Eriximaco y Agatón, conversando sobre qué es el amor. Algunos, dicen que es un Dios, otros, que está en todas partes.
  Este texto se puede dividir en dos partes. La primera, es el primer párrafo, en el que nos introduce lo que está sucediendo. Y la segunda y última parte, el resto de párrafos, en los que los cuatro, dan sus opiniones sobre el amor.
  
  Sin duda alguna, estoy de acuerdo con el médico Eriximaco, que proponía que el amor no reside únicamente en el alma de los seres humanos, sino que está en todos los seres.

  
  No es la primera vez, ni la última, que se escucha que un perro no se separa de la tumba de su difunto dueño, ni para comer ni beber. Eso es amor.
  Los periquitos tienen una pareja en toda su vida, una vez se enamoran, están con ella hasta la muerte. Cuando muere uno de ellos, el otro muere de tristeza en pocos días. Eso es amor.
  El amor no sólo existe entre personas, existe en otros seres, como en los animales.
